Craig Newell BSc MRICS MCIArb -Director

Craig qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and Chartered Arbitrator in 1991.
He previously worked as Head of Commercial for Savills Nottingham Office and was Head of Property at Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, effectively managing a whole town!

He brings this wealth of experience to the management team to ensure that our clients get excellent advice.

Nick Sheehan

Nick Sheehan -Director

In the early 1990's Nick worked in commercial agency for CBRE in Sydney. He has a wealth of experience in the London residential property market, spanning over 25 years.

He also set up a UK-wide property management and maintenance business whose clients
included Barclays Bank and Citibank and is part of the senior management committed to delivering excellent service to all our clients.
